The blank text shows up as empty boxes or gets removed
Some apps strip or replace certain characters. Open the Character Library in the app and try a different one. The Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800) and Hangul Filler (U+3164) are the most commonly accepted. The in-app guides list what tends to work in WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Invisible Text and tap Cancel subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
I paid but Pro is not unlocked
In the app, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
I want a refund
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Visit Google Play's refund help page to request one.
